AutoLink Pro Ecosystem Privacy Policy
Effective 16 September 2026. Operator: AUTOLINK PRO PTY LTD. Contact: support@autolinkpro.com.au.

This policy covers the AutoLink Pro Ecosystem consumer app. It covers personal records, folders, vehicle details and photos, reminders, day plans and optional AI assistance. The current app is free and intended for adults aged 18 and over. Marketplace transactions and business Hub/Warehouse subscriptions are not part of this release.

Information used by the app

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account; save, display and synchronise your content; provide reminders and notifications you enable; respond to AI requests; troubleshoot problems; and respond to support and privacy requests. Camera, photo-library and notification access depend on the features you choose and the permissions you grant on your device.

The current app has no advertising or advertising tracking. We do not sell your personal information. Your personal folders and records are not a public social feed. Do not upload information that you do not have permission to use or disclose.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Google Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, file storage, notifications and server functions. AI text and image requests are processed by OpenAI. These providers receive the content and technical information necessary to operate the requested feature. An AI request may send the text and images you choose to the AI provider. Earlier test builds generated speech through ElevenLabs; the current app no longer requests speech. Any audio retained from those test builds is covered by the deletion process below.

Our app uses cloud services in the United States, and providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Provider security, retention and processing arrangements also apply. Deleting your app account does not mean that independent provider security logs or previously processed AI data are immediately erased. Contact us if your request needs to include data processed by a provider.

You can use personal records, vehicle records and reminders without submitting those contents to AI. Avoid including sensitive information in AI requests unless it is necessary for the task and you are comfortable with this processing. AI answers may be inaccurate and should be checked.

Keeping information and deleting it

Saved account content remains available while your account is active, unless you remove it. You can edit and delete supported records within the app. To close your account, use Settings → Delete Account, complete the identity check and confirm deletion. The app closes sign-in and queues removal of your consumer account, personal records, folders, reminders, vehicle details, uploads, generated audio stored under your account and device tokens. Processing normally finishes within 24 hours. A minimal deletion completion record is removed one day after completion.

Technical logs and service-provider records can have separate retention periods. Account deletion does not recall files or content you previously shared or exported. A sign-in connected to business or administrative access needs support assistance to resolve those links before deletion. If deletion fails, or you cannot use the app, contact support@autolinkpro.com.au from your registered email address. Do not send your password.

Access, correction and complaints

You can view and edit supported content in the app. For additional access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email support@autolinkpro.com.au. Include the account email and the nature of the request, but never your password. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. We will investigate privacy complaints and respond to the contact address you provide. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, at https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
